Another Megan Twin

I found another "Megan twin" the other day.  And, yes, I did almost grab her butt.

So, I took pictures of them standing next to each other and I know they are not wearing the same thing, but Megan has an outfit just like that (shown in the next pictures).

See what I'm talking about.  I would have been totally justified in grabbing that other girl's butt.

One year already. Time flies when your baby is the cutest sweetest little thing on the planet. We celebrated the big day with family and cupcakes, what could be better. (photos courtesy of Hudson)

• The way he grins across the room when he sees you, makes a beeline over to you and lays his head on your lap
• The way he pats your back when you hold him

Valentines Day Boxes

Megan never ceases to catch me off guard. She throws things out from her childhood like everyone took part in them as some right of passage. The newest "What? you didn't do this?" (said with raised eyebrows and a slight disdain in her voice) is valentines boxes. 

Valentines boxes, what is that? Valentines at Morgan elementary school involved kids tossing the goods on my desk and me immediately stripping them of any candy and shoving the cards into any available receptacle on my person. 

But this is not the case at the prestigious Bate's elementary where Megan spent weeks scheming up the "best" valentines box. She once made her valentines box to be a VCR. A VCR! As with most everything in our house, the tradition has been passed on to my offspring and Tate made a DS this year (although Megan won't take any credit for it because it was slapped together at the last minute and doesn't have the 20+ hours of work put into it).
