We decided to be chicken people and got a couple chickens a few weeks ago. They are super cute and the kids have enjoyed playing with them.
Gideon especially loves animals and has spent a lot of time with the chicks. In turn, they seem to really like him and have no problem climbing all over him. And they are attracted to Gideon.
...Now, at the same time, Gideon is now in middle school and has been thrust into the world friends...and girls. Gideon seems very naive to how good-looking he is, but plenty of girls are keyed in. Girls are constantly coming over to say hi and hang out. Gideon had several visits from girls with him a happy birthday and giving gifts.
