Things Reece Says

• Reece has this habit of pointing at everything with his middle finger. It’s cute… Kind of.
• While I’m doing my workout, Reece is watching me from the chair and says, “Dad”.
  I reply, ” yes?”
  Reece, “you’re awesome.”
• When Reece was crying for someone to help him eat his food, I said, “I’ll help you if you use your big boy words.” Reece choked out, “no, I will use my crying words!”
• For about a year, whenever we asked what sound an elephant makes, he would say, “MOOOO!!!”.
• When Reece talks about Reece’s Pieces Peanut Butter Cups, he calls them, “my pieces.”

Things Gideon Says

• After I told him he couldn’t have a donut, Gideon complained, “mom probably always says yes some of the time.”
• After a bout of Gideon complaining about Megan drinking the last of the water, Megan told him to stop complaining about things he didn’t get. Gideon belts out, “I wasn’t mad about things I didn’t get; I’m mad about the water…I didn’t get.”
• Mom asked Tate to help take some things down stairs. When Tate asked Gideon if he could help, Gideon replied, “I’m gonna need $7 to help you.”
• When Megan told an unhappy Gideon he had 3 soccer games left, he replied, “three more! That’s a million more!”
