Megan will say, "Hey Tate, take off your coat and stay a while" or "Are you leaving soon?" Tate just laughs and shrugs it off.
He's says it's because he's cold. I'm beginning to think it gives him a 'security blanket' affect or something.

Oh my word. Makai has started doing this too with a soft jacket I bought him and before that it was his heavy winter coat. I just keep thinking, "Okay, summer will be here soon and then he'll finally shed the extra layers!" I've had the same thoughts that it's more of a security item for him too. Crazy kids!!!!
