A dog decided to take Reece a permanent lesson on his face (Avatar Quote)

Reece loves dogs and saying hi to any dog he ever crosses.

Unfortunately, the other day while on a walk, he bent down to say hello to a dog and got his lip cut open. The dog didn't bite him, he just snagged Reece's lip with his tooth.

Megan told him to run home to me to see if he needed stitches. Instead, he ran home and hid because he didn't want stitches. Megan eventually came home and we tracked him down and took him to the instacare.

He got really riled up about anticipating the shots and stitches. The shots were painful so he became hysterical about the stitches (even though he was numb). Megan and I were holding him down while he screamed lines like this, "THEY'RE TRYING TO KILL ME IN HERE!" At one point an orderly popped his head in to see if the doctor needed assistance.

We finally told him he couldn't wait any longer and we had to do it. Reece mustered himself and said, "I just you all to know that I love you."

Eventually, Megan told him stories that calmed him down and the doctor was able to stitch him up.

Two days later, Reece saw a dog and bent down and let it lick his face. Lesson learned?
