I love when traditions just fall into place of their own free will and accord (I have a tendency to force things to happen "naturally" :)). This is one of those lovely traditions. On Sunday morning I told Tate that we wouldn't be going to church today we would just be listening to it on the radio (we don't have T.V - as many of you know) To which he replied: "oh yeah, General Conference, that means we get to play Bingo." Every time it is General Conference he reminds us that he gets to play bingo. Thanks to some great sunbeam teachers a few years back that dropped a bingo board by our house the day before general conference, we have played bingo every conference since. I love this tradition and I love that Tate always remembers it. It is so cute to watch him listen carefully to hear the words from his bingo board. Then the best part is after conference is over he has tons of questions to ask us about what was talked about during the meeting.
Have I mentioned how much I love this kid?
