I love going to see the lights each year. It is so serene and peaceful at the temple with all the lights up. I think it stems back to my childhood. Every year the day after thanksgiving we would stay in a hotel down in Salt Lake and go to the temple when the turned the lights on. I was even lucky enough to be on the news once. What a Thrill!!
The White's joined us this year. Which I don't think had the same effect for them as it does for me. I am not sure they will be joining us again next year :)

We took Kailey to see the lights and she didn't seem very interested until we got home and that was all she talked about!! It was funny! I love the lights too! They are so pretty and whoever takes the time to put up all those lights... I am impressed!!
